Can I get my device back if I change my mind?

Once shipped, all trades are final unless the offer changes. Once received, Asurion will inspect your device to confirm the device model and condition. If the trade-in offer is unchanged, your trade-in will be automatically finalized. If the trade-in offer changes, you will receive notification of the revised offer. At this time, you will have 14 days to accept the revised offer or have the device returned at no cost. If you do not respond within 14 days, the new offer will be auto-accepted.
